One-to-one classes are available to help increase your confidence & aid in achieving your own personal goals. Perfect for everyone, whether you; play specific sports, are seeking rehabilitation, aim to build your confidence as a beginner, or simply just because you just enjoy 1-1 Pilates.
These classes can be organised via Zoom or face to face, depending on your own preference.
Either way they are an excellent option for an individual experience that can be tailored entirely towards your own goals.

Strength Training Class
Probably my favourite way to train.
This class is a fun perfect mix - a vibrant class for all to enjoy - taught with multiple levels of choice so everyone can participate.
Bringing focus to Pilates, functional strength, toning and endurance. On the mat, using optional free weights, therabands, small props & adding a feel good stretch & relaxation to finish.
This is hugely popular & can be split into segments or you can enjoy the entire class.
You will get fitter, stronger, improve your core control & balance working with a motivated community vibe.

A popular choice - group classes. Taught with full, precise instruction & clear verbal explanations.
Each phase of the class from the warm up, through to main section, to the warm down is taught with optional levels & adaptations so each individual can chose the most suitable option for them.

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes pre-session to settle into the class comfortably.
Each client is expected to bring a mat, cushion, towel & wear comfortable clothing. Bare feet, Pilates/Yoga socks are ideal. Newcomers are welcome to borrow a mat on their first visit.
If you wish to use light free-weights please bring them along.
Please respect that you will be expected to arrange your own personal props - mini ball, therabands, Franklin Method balls, etc. I will signpost you where to purchase these.
The use of props can really enhance proprioception, sensory awareness & add an entirely new dimension to Pilates.
